All prices are listed in EUR. Free shipping applies to orders in Europe & UK. In the shopping cart, you will see the total price including all fees, applicable sales tax, and shipping.

Orders & Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy. The return period begins on the day you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, the product and its packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you forfeit the right to return the item.

Standard delivery time is 5-10 days. During holidays, major sales campaigns, or clearance events, delivery times may increase to 9-12 days due to high order volume. (We are constantly working to improve and shorten our delivery times and appreciate your patience during these periods). Discount codes must be applied before completing the purchase. Bestwaterguns.com cannot apply discount codes after a purchase has been completed.
